Leslie at Warrenton Garden club 1pm Ann Moser

Leslie confirmed today that she will speak to your garden club on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 1pm for 30-45 minutes, followed by a question/answer period at the Warrenton Visitors’ Center 33 N Calhoun St, Warrenton, VA 20186.

I understand that you will be her contact for this class:
Ann Moser 540-270-7839 ammoser@earthlink.net

Since Leslie is on vacation, I took the liberty of writing a bio/introduction for her. She is a highly valued, knowledgeable Master Gardener Volunteer with the Prince William Unit. This gives me a chance to brag about her!

Leslie has been a Virginia Cooperative Extension Prince William Master Gardener Volunteer since 2005 and has accrued 836 continuing education hours and 10745 service hours. She manages the Teaching Garden, the outdoor classroom in Bristow, VA where staff and Master Gardeners have monthly classes and tours during the gardening season.
She also manages the Audubon at Home program, training Master Gardener Volunteers to do site visits promoting native plants and improved habitats as Audubon Ambassadors. She staffs the Extension Horticulture Help Desk as a volunteer to answer citizens’ insect, wildlife and plant questions. She is a frequent lecturer for community programs and teaches wildlife management classes for Master Gardener training.

I have cc’d Leslie in case she has info to add about her years of gardening experience.
