Master Gardeners of Prince William are Grateful for Your Donations!
Here’s How to Donate
Master Gardeners of Prince William, Inc. – a federally recognized 501(C)3 charitable organization — gratefully accepts donations from Master Gardeners, their families, corporations and others who wish to support our many MGPW educational programs, scholarships, grants and other efforts. Donations are often used to remember past Master Gardeners, thank current Master Gardeners or honor other family/friends/organizations.
A monetary gift will be acknowledged by letter from MGPW as a tax-exempt charitable donation.
Donations of a specific item, such as a need at the Teaching Garden, are always appreciated. Before purchasing any item, please let us know what you have in mind. This will help ensure your generous donation will meet the needs of MGPW.
Monetary donations that are not specifically designated for one purpose will be used to fund the highest priorities as decided by the MGPW Board of Directors. Highest priorities are usually designated for MGPW scholarships, MGPW school / community garden grants or other important financial needs. Additionally, unrestricted monetary donations allow the Board to combine these gifts with fundraising monies or other MGPW funds to satisfy more expensive needs.
More information can be obtained by contacting the help desk at MGPW at 703-792-7747 or email at mastergardener@pwcgov.org
