Free Little Library

Established, built, and installed in 2024 by past MGPW President Jimmie Jones, the little library was created for visitors to our Teaching Garden. The original vision was to provide a repository for free gardening resources to those who attend any of our free Saturday In The Garden programs. The mission was to further educate Prince William County residents on best practices for lawns, landscapes, and vegetable and flower beds. Over the years, the Little Library has grown to include both fiction and non-fiction books for adults and children with a variety of topics and interests. Please feel free to visit our little library when you are visiting the Teaching Garden. You may take any books you like!

The Little Library is located at the entrance to the Teaching Garden at the St. Benedictine Monastery on Linton Hall Road in Bristow.
